No Gossiping or bad mouthing allowed, we expect title holders to be good role models and conduct themselves professionally at all times.

We have a zero bullying policy and encourage Queens to refrain from joining online debates about sensitive issues, as these can easily lead to misunderstanding or controversy.

Safety: Queens should never attend any event alone, remove your sash when traveling or walking in unsafe places to not attract unwanted attention. Always check in online as you leave and not on arrival, don't share whereabouts online especially when it's not a venue with security.

When doing charity projects don't give autographs in crowded areas that could end with a stampede. Always stand behind a table when handing out goods in villages and have community leaders etc line up people for your own safety.

We as an organizations cannot be held liable or responsible for any injuries, loss or damages resulting from official duties.
